Terms · draft for review

Terms and conditions for the preview.

These draft terms explain the current demonstration and the boundaries between FundraiserFlow, official appeal organisers and future hosted fundraising.

Who provides FundraiserFlow?

Fundraiser Flow is a trading name of Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17250017. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, London, England, WC2H 9JQ. FundraiserFlow is not a charity and does not claim charitable, Gift Aid or tax-deductible status.

What does the current preview provide?

The site provides general information, official-source summaries, private local drafts and illustrative product calculations. It does not offer live hosted publishing, payment processing, recipient payouts, account synchronization or professional legal, tax, medical or religious advice. Demonstration campaigns and figures are fictional.

What terms apply to official appeals?

An official appeal is operated by the named external organisation, not by FundraiserFlow. Its own terms govern donations, eligibility, restrictions, receipts, recurring gifts, refunds and delivery. Our summary is not a guarantee of accuracy after the checked date or of the organisation’s future work.

What would apply to live fundraising?

Country, category, creator, recipient, currency and payment-provider checks would need to pass before activation. A local-currency preview is not approval. Final production terms would need to explain the payment model, fees, recipient responsibilities, refunds, disputes, negative balances, payout timing and prohibited campaigns before launch.

How must the preview be used?

Do not use it to mislead donors, invent beneficiaries or evidence, violate privacy, infringe rights, solicit prohibited activity, or represent a local draft as published. Do not submit real confidential charity or beneficiary documents to local demonstration forms. External names and marks remain their owners’ property.

What is the status of these draft terms?

They are provided for product review and are not represented as a completed legal review or a full production agreement. The operator must review and replace them before accepting real applications, payments or payout obligations. Questions can be sent to the contact page.
