WARN · Official appeal

Kalimantan wildlife fire response

This official WARN appeal collects one-off gifts for eligible habitat protection, equipment and transport, authorised wildlife rescue and veterinary care, and fire recovery or prevention in Kalimantan. It is not a FundraiserFlow collection and it does not promise a fixed rescue outcome.

One-off gifts · time-limited fund terms

The official organisation provides checkout, receipt, currency and fund terms—not FundraiserFlow.

What the latest dated evidence says

WARN’s evidence update of 5 October 2026 includes reports from Indonesian authorities and animal organisations. Its latest confirmed staff update remains dated 8 September 2026 and describes needs-assessment meetings in Indonesia—not completed grants or rescue outcomes.

Other organisations’ rescues and grants are attributed to those organisations on the official page. They are not presented as WARN-funded work, and the organisations named as responders are not confirmed WARN recipients.

How the fund handles changing needs

A smaller total may fund a smaller eligible grant. If immediate response is no longer useful, the published terms allow fire recovery or prevention in Kalimantan within the same purpose; gifts are not silently moved to another country or general marketing.

Read the full refund and continuation terms on the official page. FundraiserFlow provides a source-linked introduction and sends you to WARN for the current terms and giving checkout.

Share the context, not only the link.

FAQ

Questions about this appeal.

Answers follow the checked source and preserve its limitations.

Does this appeal only help orangutans?

No. Orangutans are part of the affected wildlife. Eligible support can also protect habitat, equip local teams and fund authorised care for other wildlife, subject to assessed needs and an agreed grant.

Has WARN selected a Kalimantan delivery partner?

The checked source said recipients had not yet been selected. Its previous review date has passed, so check the live official page for a newer grant decision before donating.

Can I support the appeal in Bahasa Indonesia?

Yes. This FundraiserFlow page provides an Indonesian summary and discovery route. The binding fund terms and checkout remain on WARN’s official English-language page.
